Frank Okon has sacked Barristers Leo Ekpenyong and Andem Ndem from his legal
team in a bid to secure victory over Gov. Akpabio at the Court of Appeal. The
duo’s appointments as Frank Okon’s legal representatives were de-briefed
(terminated) since 26th September 2012.
Other
attorneys in Frank Okon’s legal team whose appointments have been terminated
include Barristers Eyo Hnery, Rosemary Salami, Taiwo Abe, Okon Edet Ita and
Keneth Nkwocha.
Engr. Okon in
a letter forwarded to Barr. Andem Ndem & Co urged the disengaged solicitors
to send the bill for the services they rendered the Mkpat Enin born politician.
However,
Barr. Leo Ekpenyong has said that Okon is yet to pay them for the legal services they rendered him.
