Popular balladist and MC, David Sergeant popularly known as Utang Akwa Ibom has been sacked by Hon. Ekerette Ekpenyong, the Executive Chairman of Uyo Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria as his Special Assistant on Media. www.connoisseurNG.com learnt on good authority that the dark-skinned TV presenter lost his job because the chairman doubted his loyalty, hence when the recent political crisis rocked the council with the purported impeachment of the leader of the legislature popped up, Hon.
