PIX: Ubon Marcus, Vice President Special Duties
There was no election in the office of vice president (Special Duties), any attempt to further declare him winner will be the highest injustice I've ever heard. Lastly, what ever the outcome, we will not be aloof, we will move on. ALUTA CONTINUA!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the newly elected NANS Exco, especially the much admired VP Special Duties, Comrade Marcus. Don't let Nigerian students down.
ReplyDeleteComrade Ubon Marcus, this is a success you truly deserved. It's an achievement you have truly earned. I congratulate you on your success and wish you all the best as the VP (Special Duties) NANS. Welldone!
ReplyDeleteI was there at Uyo Stadium where the elections were held into all the offices as stated above. Bashir always cross check your facts before commenting. if ur still in doubt, grab Dec. 24th copy of The Nation. ALUTA CONTINUA!!
ReplyDeleteIf a declaration of unopposed candidate is made, the election is not held. I am an eye & bear witness that the position of vice president special duties didn't hold. The convention committee just went ahead and declared Marcus as the winner, just because the governor of that state gave them morney. The senators protested for over 30 mins before the election continue. This is bad, we must all be kidding ourselves if we said that NANS these days is doing well. Comr. Marcus didn't deserve congratulation as he didn't win any election. Hmm! Aluta retardia
ReplyDeleteYES! Olaiya said it all. This is exactly what happened in the ground. There was no election in that office, though other position conducted were free and fair. Marcus was never elected into any office as far as NANS is concern. The position of VP Special Duties is vacant, period.
ReplyDeleteShame on you Marcus. No one vote you for that position, you are never our VP.
ReplyDeleteThis is NANS for you. Hmm! How can a position be declared unopposed just because the convention hold in there state and the governor gave money. How i wish am still a student, i could've fight to the last pinch of my blood.
