The Supreme Court today struck out
the appeal by Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki on the competence of the
Code of Conduct Tribunal to try him on the alleged false declaration of assets.
This was the unanimous decision of the court as read by Justice Samuel Walter
Onnoghen.
