Osun election was daylight robbery - Udom

Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr Udom Emmanuel has said the just concluded re-run in Osun State was a daylight robbery.
Governor Udom Emmanuel stated this at the emergency NEC meeting of the PDP holding in Abuja on Friday.

The PDP was overran by the APC in an election widely acclaimed to have been rigged in favour of the ruling party.
Speaking on behalf of PDP governors, Mr Emmanuel said though he knows the party will be heading to court to seek justice, leaders of the party to do something "physical" in order continue maintaining the trust and confidence of party faithfuls across the country.
"Osun election was daylight robbery and we must do something about it", Emmanuel said.
