Pop-star Jennifer
Lopez is battling her first husband Ojani Noa over an alleged sex tape. In a document obtained by
Radaronline , Noa claims to possess the
tape involving him and the pop star from their
honeymoon.
Lopez had previously unleashed
her legal team on Noa to try to prevent the release of the tape.In the latest
round of correspondence, Noa's business associate Ed Meyer tells
J.Lo's attorney Jay Lavely that the singer "has made
numerous claims and allegations that she has never consented to Ojani Noa's
Home Videos.
