First photos from Ime Bishop Umoh’s (Okon Lagos) white wedding + reception strictly on IV

The much touted white wedding of Nollywood actor, Ime Bishop Umoh a.k.a Okon Lagos took place today, Saturday, 19^th October, 2013 at Insight Bible Church, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. As usual, I bring you the first set of photos while waiting for the official photographs from the couple. Meanwhile, the wedding reception at Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio Unity Hall, Udo Udoma Avenue is strictly on invitation. That’s why lots of people, especially fans have been denied access into the venue (you can see a lot of people standing outside in the last pix). So his wife’s name has officially changed from Miss Idara Saviour to Mrs Idara Ime Umoh (or Mrs Idara Okon Lagos, no mind me ooo, just kidding). Wish them a happy married life. Congrats. 

Exclusive: Photos of Orange Carnival 2012

The 3^rd edition of the Orange Carnival was staged round the streets of Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital on Saturday, 22^nd September, 2012. The carnival which is powered by Nelson Nseabasi of Still on Street (SOS) who is also the marketing manager of E-101Magazine kicked off at Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio Unity Hall, Udo Udoma Avenue, and terminated at popular celebrity hangout – 2^nd Baze. 25 bands took part in the carnival and there were notable faces, especially in the entertainers bands were budding singers Feelingz, Indigenous MaliQ, Pop Don X, and AK Smuth were part of while there were special appearances by Icekyd and Pasto Goody Goody. Your favourite blogger and of course Nigeria’s Youngest Editor Ever – Ifreke Nseowo was there too…Orange Carnival is done yearly to celebrate the anniversary of Akwa Ibom State.
