Adams Oshiomhole denies hosting #BBATheChase winner, Dillish

Edo State Government has released a statement denying hosting BBA winner, Dillish, last weekend. This is despite it being well known that the state governor Adams, Oshiomhole hosted BBA The Chase winner in his private house.  Dillish is said to have given the governor a condition for accepting the invitation: she would only pay a courtesy visit, nothing more. Edo state sends stowaway boy to boarding school

Edo State Government, in mid-western Nigeria, has secured admission in one of the state’s top secondary schools for 13-year-old Daniel Oikhena, who stowed away in the wheel well of an Arik Aircraft from Benin to Lagos on Saturday August 24, this year. The State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole made this disclosure during the visit of Mr George Uriesi, Managing Director, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and other FAAN Management team to him at the Government House, Benin City, yesterday.

Oshiomohole declared winner of Edo guber polls

Incumbent governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State has been announced as the winner of the July 14, 2012 guber polls in the state. He was declared winner by INEC's returning officer Prof. Osayuki Oshodi. The ACN candidate won with 4,77,478 votes followed by PDP with a distant 144,235. Below is the number of votes each party amassed at the polls.
