The woman on the right looks pretty much like Senator Florence Ita-Giwa.I guess she is the one.

In the year 2011, when I went to invite Peter and Paul of P-square to invite them to The Teju Babyface Show, they were very nice and quite cool with being on the show. After praising us for doing a good show so far, they escorted me outside.Their mom (of blessed memory) was standing outside with a few friends and she was very warm to me as well. And so, in the sight of all of them (Peter, Paul, Jude, their dancers, mom and family), I entered my battered Honda Accord and started saying a silent prayer; ‘This car please do not disgrace me in the presence of these boys with all their Range Rovers, X6 and Hummer’.

Africa’s biggest pop duo, Psquare on Thursday, August 2, 2012 buried their late mother, Josephine Okoye. The lying state, burial mass and the burial ceremony took place in Anambra State. Peter, Paul, Jude Okoye, May D and the deceased’s husband, Mr. Okoye were all there to pay the departed soul  her last respect.  

Psquare’s mother dies!

Reports reaching Connoisseur has it that Mrs Josephine Okoye, the mom of pop twins, Psquare is dead. It is learnt that she was suffering from an undisclosed illness. She died on Wednesday after being flown out of the country for treatment.

Psquare’s private jet is not theirs

Psquare’s publicist, Bayo Adetu has debunked media reports that the duo have acquired a private jet.

“Concerning the private jet, I think it’s been added to P-Square’s entourage because we have a deal with a private jet company, so I mean whenever P-Square has any official show, they are entitled to travel with the private jet anytime any day”.

Today (9^th June), is the birthday of top Nigerian entertainment stars. Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, Nigerian international music star, D’banj and Cameron Okoye, the son of Peter Okoye of Psquare are some of the names I can recall.

Tonto Dikeh was born on June 9, 1985. She was born into a family of seven in Ikewerre, Rivers State. She emerged first runner up in The Next Movie Star reality TV show and since then she has gone on to become a regular face in Nollywood movies, raising her profile under controversial circumstances.
