Photo: Chelsea star, Mikel Obi visits Nigerian governor, Godswill Akpabio

After winning the UEFA Champions League and FA Cup double, and thereafter being snubbed by Coach Stephen Keshi for the AFCON and World Cup qualifiers, Mikel Obi is enjoying his holidays as he has been visiting some top governors of Nigeria. He was recently hosted alongside kidnapped and released Christian Obodo by Delta State governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan.

The picture above shows him presenting his Chelsea shirt to the governor of Akwa Ibom State, Chief Godswill Akpabio. Connoisseur.com will bring you a clearer picture because the one above was taken from BB.

Breaking News: Chelsea appoint Di Matteo as permanent manager for 2 years

The Blues have announced that the Champions League winning gaffer has been appointed to oversee the club’s first team for the next two years. Though I feel the owner was a bit reluctant in giving the Italian the job, it’s a reward for the success he has brought to the club in his short stint. Congrats to him.
