It is a cultural pot pourri and a true depiction of music without tribal boundaries. With its pulsating beat and sure-footed delivery, the duo did justice to the beat and collectively drove home the fact that music transcends ethnicity/tribalism.
In an online interview with Urban Naija TV, DeeWone pointed out that the track was bound to happen and that it was an effort aimed at commemorating with the people of Akwa Ibom State.
"Its a track tilted towards the celebration of my state's 25th anniversary. I saw it necessary to bring in a non-indegene of my state to testify to the inherent and visible developmental strides. Mr. Raw was glad to see the beauty of my state and got inspired to drop a few lines to this regard. The rest is history, as they say!" he quipped.
He also chirped that the video of the track will be out and will be unveiled with a mini Club Tour in popular cities. The tour is put together by XXXL MGT.
DeeWone is a graduate of Babcock University and a very fulfilled entrepreneur. He has worked with the likes of LKT,Gidomills,Simple Kay, Puffy Tee, Ob, etc.
Aside from music, the artiste is the CEO of CTF, a finishing company that has done massive projects for notable clients in Nigeria. His sashay into music is as a result of his passion for clefs, solfa notifications, and an undying love for good music.
