Connoisseur.com has confirmed that Mr. Charles Umanah, the brother to star gospel act, Pat Akpabio was on Tuesday shot dead in Ikot Ekpene Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State.
We learnt that Umanah who was actively involved in Pat’s two albums was abducted by the assassins on his return to his Ikot Ekpene house and taken to an unknown place where he was shot.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Akwa Ibom State command has said some arrests have been made as they work assiduously to uncovering those behind the dastardly act.
Umanah, described as one of the most stylish men in Akwa Ibom State was the erstwhile chairman, Uyo Capital City Development Authority (UCCDA). Connoisseur.com condoles with Pat on this irreparable loss.
